Welcome to Billy’s, a bespoke sandwich counter with a passion for food and a spirit of community. I’ll bring you the bold, old-school, iconic tastes of my youth, while paying homage to the rich history of Avondale Estates. 

As a proud New Jersey native, I’ve spent my life savoring the unique sandwiches of mom-and-pop shops in the Northeast. Now it’s my turn to share these cherished offerings with this amazing community I’ve called home the last 24 years. Without a doubt, there’s a reason we all live here.

The menu is inspired by my past while celebrating the present. Each sandwich is assembled passionately, planned and perfected in small batches. I combine fresh, local ingredients with authentic recipes that are sure to satisfy. Each bite is a reminder that food is more than just nourishment—it’s a way to bring people together.

I believe that cooking should be shared, and you’re invited to join me on a journey through taste, tradition, and community.
